Basic information on data protection.

Below you will find information on the data protection policy regarding the Dirección General de Asuntos Europeos (regional section for European Affairs) under the Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones con la UE (regional department for Finance and Relations with the EU) of Government of the Canary Islands.

 

Data controller.

Personal data obtained directly from data subjects in their dealings with such regional department shall be treated confidentially and included in the corresponding data processing activity, under the responsibility of officers in charge of the Dirección General de Asuntos Europeos.

Purpose.

The purpose of data processing corresponds to each processing activity carried out by the Dirección General de Asuntos Europeos, being accessible in the aforementioned activity processing register, and in particular for the purposes related to the organization of the Conference of Presidents of the Outermost Regions.

The processing of your data is carried out in order to comply with legal obligations on the part of the Dirección General de Asuntos Europeos, on the grounds of public interest or upon performance of public duties conferred to the Dirección General de Asuntos Europeos.
